Lucky Lady was purchased in February 2007 already in foal to Hofrat and has therefore not been performance tested. She is out of an elite World Cup 1 mare and is by the prolific sire Londonderry who was champion stallion at his 1997 Hanoverian Stallion approval in Verden. The dam's sire is also the sire of Weltmeyer and became the 1997 Hanoverian Stallion of the Year.
